Wednesday & Thursday: 7:30 PM

Thursday: 6:30 PM

Saturday: 9 AM

  • Ages 16+ (unless approved by coach)
  • Warm up 15-20 min
  • Individualized Mit work
  • Heavy bag workout 35-45 min
  • Cardio/Endurance training 30 min
